We believe in privacy by default. Cosy Puzzle Cabin is designed to be played offline, and we do not collect personal analytics or usage data by default. You remain in control of what information you share with us.

2. Website Analytics

Our website uses Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Vercel Analytics collects:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Device type and browser information
• Approximate location (country/region level)
• Performance metrics (page load times)

3. Poster QR Scans & Admin Tools

If you scan a poster QR code, we only log that the poster code was scanned and the time of the scan.

This data is used only for operational reporting. The admin panel is private and not accessible to the public.

4. Cloud Sync (iOS & Android)

Both the iOS and Android versions of Cosy Puzzle Cabin offer optional cloud synchronization of your game progress.

iOS (Game Center)

If you sign in with Apple Game Center, your game progress is stored securely in Apple's servers. This includes:

• Puzzles solved
• Medals earned
• Best times and move counts
• Daily puzzle streak information

Important: We (the developers) do not have direct access to your Game Center account or personal data. Apple manages your authentication and data storage according to Apple's privacy policy. Your Game Center data is shared with us only as needed to sync your game progress.

Android (Google Play Games Services)

If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, your game progress is stored securely in Google's servers. This includes:

• Puzzles solved
• Medals earned
• Best times and move counts
• Daily puzzle streak information

Important: We (the developers) do not have direct access to your Google account or personal data. Google manages your authentication and data storage according to Google's privacy policy. Your Google Play Games Services data is shared with us only as needed to sync your game progress.

5. Local Data (iOS & Android)

All game progress, favorites, and puzzle settings are stored locally on your device. This data:

• Is encrypted by your device's operating system
• Is only sent to cloud services if you explicitly choose to sync
• Remains under your control and can be deleted at any time

6. Fonts & Third-Party Services

Our website uses Google Fonts (Quicksand) for typography. When you visit our website, Google may collect information about your access to improve the font service. Learn more at Google Fonts.

We do not intentionally use other third-party tracking or analytics services beyond Vercel Analytics.

7. Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• All data transmitted to cloud services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services use industry-standard encryption
• Your email address is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access
• We do not store unnecessary personal information

You have the right to:

• Access: Request what data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your email from our notification list
• Opt-out: Choose not to use cloud sync features
• Control: Delete local game data from your device at any time
